US-based developer Geosam Capital has announced plans for a new mixed-use project in Henry County, Georgia, US.
A new mixed-use master-planned community is in the works for Henry County. The Grove is a 1,280-acre property located off Highway 19/41, north of Hampton. Located just 22 miles from downtown Atlanta, the project proposes over 7,000 residential units, including single-family, townhome and multifamily complexes to support a diverse range of future residents.
In a new rezoning application received by the county, Henry County Land Company LLC is proposing over 7,000 new housing units. The 1,220-acre development could take up to twenty-five years to build.
