• Through initiatives like the Development of Regional Impact review process where we have received input from all the surrounding municipalities including Henry, Clayton and Fayette counties as well as Cities of Hampton, Lovejoy, Jonesboro and through ongoing discussions with organizations like the Henry County Development Authority, we hope to develop long term partnerships and work together to create opportunities that benefit everyone involved.
• Through investing in essential infrastructure and engaging with utility service providers such as the Henry County Water Authority, Clayton County Water Authority, and the City of Hampton regarding project servicing, we’re laying the groundwork for a brighter future for all members of our community.

• The ingress and egress strategies for our site have been meticulously planned, guided by the rigorous Development of Regional Impact (DRI) process and had specific directives from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GADOT). As the developer of the property, we’re fully committed to executing all necessary enhancements to Highway 19/41 to facilitate seamless access to and from our property.
